Hello beautiful seeker, welcome.

I’m Liz — a trauma-informed Certified Reiki Master and Crystal Healing Practitioner. I’ve been living with multiple invisible illnesses for over a decade, and I understand the complexity, exhaustion, and quiet resilience this experience can hold.

Like many women, I explored every avenue — from conventional medicine to a wide range of holistic therapies. Each offered valuable pieces of insight, yet something still felt incomplete. It was only when I shifted my focus inward that a deeper, more meaningful form of healing began to unfold.

My approach to wellbeing honours healing as a deeply personal process — one rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and growth. There is no expectation of perfection here. Every step, exactly as it is, belongs. I’m here to gently support and guide you as you reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and your own unique path forward..
