About Your Facilitator
Liz Walsh is the founder of The Vitality Seeker, a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master and creator of the Beyond the Layers signature program.
Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, Liz supports individuals navigating chronic illness, grief and life-changing experiences to reconnect with themselves through validation, self-compassion and gentle transformation.
Her work weaves together Crystal Healing, Reiki, meditation, reflective practices and holistic wellbeing to create experiences that help people rediscover the vitality that has always been within them.
